To our customers:
We’re writing to share with you the actions Parion is taking across our entire operation to safeguard the health and well-being of our customers, our employees, and our communities.
This is not an easy time, but Parion feels it must do everything to continue to deliver safe, quality feed to your animals. We are separating our team in half with some working at Parion in Hickson and some working remotely from home. Doing this will allow us backup for each position if needed. Below is a more detailed list for each part of our business.
Dairy:
Sales staff temporarily pulled off the road to reduce risk. They are 100% available by phone and can pick up samples and visit a farm with no close contact.
Dairy service can continue with restriction of person to person contact. ie. Erica will be on-farm, but meetings with producers will be limited.
Reports will be followed up via email and telephone.
Farms with Teamviewer etc. will continue to be monitored remotely with according follow up.
Deliveries continue as usual, with drivers taking extra precaution with hand sanitizer, gloves, no close contact etc.
Swine & Beef:

Store:
Increased strategies in virus spreading prevention. Customers feeling reservations about shopping/ordering inside the store can order to have pet/livestock feed and supplies delivered or set outside the warehouse for pick up.
We respectfully ask that anyone experiencing any associated symptoms with COVID-19, not enter the store.
Parion will continue to focus on keeping our employees healthy – and our trucks running – to serve and support our customers. We will remain diligent and adaptive as any further developments unfold with COVID status, policy and protocols.
